They aren’t the cheapest, but they are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We had a problem with our brakes that we had replaced with them. They checked it and only charged us for the parts needed that weren’t covered by their warranted previous work. They were quick too! We have been taking our vehicles to them for a year and will continue to utilize their services.

Empire Auto is my go-to place in the Melbourne area for our vehicle care. They always seem to be able to get us in right away, diagnose the problem, order the parts, make the repair and get my wife and I back on the road. I believe that their prices are competitive and fair. Very friendly and competent staff! Highly Recommend! 👍

Justin, the manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. I went in for a second opinion from what my dealership was quoting me. Empire definitely has a better warranty option for the work they do and better prices. The waiting area/main reception spot was very clean and welcoming!

Went in and got the help I needed , they were fast and honest . The environment was nice, they have drinks and coffee , the mechanics talk to you throughout the time you are sitting there, everything’s explained in full detail. Great prices , atmosphere and clean bathrooms ! Doesn’t smell like dirty oily shops that was a huge plus! I left without a headache hahah !

I had a very positive experience. They were highly recommended from my recently retired mechanic I've had for 25 years. With this endorsement I was confident they would be good. I wasn't disappointed. Friendly and professional they did an excellent job. In and out on task and on time. I'm happy to have found them.

Empire in palm bay has been excellent in their expertise, their quickness in getting things done usually much faster than expected. They always give me fair honest prices. They always help me , I've used this location several times over last 2 yrs and the men have been so kind and explain things to me thoroughly...I'm very grateful to this store in particular. So far absolutely impressed. I just went for a 2nd opinion because the cheap shop I was going to had lied to me about something being broken before, and sure enough they confirmed what was wrong vs what was complete lies. I'm so happy I've found a place that I feel like I can trust to do good, honest work and not try to talk me into any unnecessary work or talk down to me for not knowing every single thing about cars. Their pricing is a bit on the higher end, closer to dealership level than a cheaper crappy shop but it's justified for sound mind & solid work. Happy to go back next time.

I have been having my vehicle serviced at empire since I moved down here in June they worked on my 1978 Trans Am and I've had the patience of a saint explaining things to me and with fair prices and phenomenal customer service I brought it back several times for little things that they tweaked and they are always so kind and so supportive totally professional. I've also brought my mother's Toyota there same thing phenomenal service and I brought my Jeep Cherokee there again great service great work and great prices!

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I have a GLE 350 Mercedes Benz and have never had better service! Both of the gentleman at the front office are amazing! Straight forward, honest, and professional! Stop wasting money and bring all of your auto needs here! They’re the best, hands down!
